Write to us

Write to hello@runitby.app with anything about your account, your plan, the API or the MCP server. We answer by email.

What to include

• the email address of your account;
• the request ID (it starts with req_) if it’s about a request;
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

Never send an API key: its first characters, as shown on the Keys page, are enough.

Before you write

The docs cover connecting an agent, the request format, webhooks and plans, and the API reference lists every endpoint and error.

A link you didn’t expect

If someone sent you a link that looks misleading or asks for something it shouldn’t, use “Report” at the bottom of the page, or forward the link to hello@runitby.app.

Your account and data

To see, correct, export or delete your data, or to close your account, write to us from your account’s email address. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
